When I was there in in the summer of 2001 I never dreamt though that my visit to the ""Top Of The World" the public observation area on the 107th floor of the south tower, at the world trade center then on up to the outdoor viewing platform at over 400m high to look down on NY as though in a balloon high above the ground was to be my last. My promise to visit the restaurant at the top of the North tower next time I was there never was to be.
